Common operation faults

（1） Unable to print VIN code or VIN code calculation error

Please check whether the calculation method of VIN code in the printing parameters of VIN code is correct, see the manual

Please check whether the number of digits of VIN code is correct, a total of 17 digits

Please check whether there are illegal characters in VIN code, such as "Q", "I", "O", "and" * "

（2） Printing position and interface display

(1) The printing start position is wrong

Let the device return to the original point once

Please check whether the starting X and Y coordinates under F1 setting are correct

Please check whether the workpiece is placed in place

(2) The printed content is displayed on the screen but not printed

Please check whether you are offline when entering the system

Please check whether the position of the printed content is out of bounds

Check whether the word height and width are "0"

(3) Unable to modify the print

Is unified serial number mode selected

Is automatic date mode selected

(4) The system prompts that a character is not in the font

Check that special characters and symbols are entered

Check if the font exists

Does the character entered in this line match the selected font

If the above three items are correct, it indicates that there is an error in the font file, or the character to be printed is not in the defined font library, please contact our maintenance personnel

(5) A line of characters is added but neither displayed nor printed

Check whether the font set for the line character is empty

Check whether the mark position of the line character is out of bounds

(6) The character printing position does not match the analog display position

Please check whether the printing direction is set correctly

Please go back to the origin again
